Marcucci’s small painting “Golden State XVI” is part of the CALeidoscope: Evolving Reflections of California exhibition at the Bedford Gallery until September 13, 2026. Juried by Juan Omar Rodriguez, (Assistant Curator of the San José Museum of Art), and Amanda Sroka, (Senior Curator of the Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles) this year’s exhibition is a vibrant celebration of California. From the Mexican border to Oregon, this state stretches nearly 900 miles along the Pacific Ocean and is home to sundrenched beaches, verdant farmlands, majestic mountains, dramatic deserts, and monumental redwood forests. With all its natural beauty, California serves as a source of inspiration and promise for dreamers, makers, and visionaries across the country.
